Welcome to the game diary! I ramble about my favorite games here, all in one place.
All songs on the Winamp are using either a Roblox soundfont (Labeled with "Roblox 2009") or are edited with Roblox related items. The most of the soundfont videos are all made by DownFrown on Youtube. I THINK's soundfont cover is done by 2droids on Youtube.

This game is not quite a game, but a story being told. If you've been around the Roblox community, you will already know what I mean by "Roblox Myths."
Roblox Myths, to put it simply for an outsider perspective, a Roblox version of a Creepypasta*
Home Acres is set in a small forest, surrounded by imposing rock-faces. Upon joining, I'm cast into a quiet, but peaceful forest setting.. Almost too peaceful. The air here is clean, but carried in on the wind is something lurking, hiding behind that peaceful facade. I can't quite tell what, though.
Regardless, I set out to experience this world, and the beauty crafted before me. It's a simple, nice forest. Everything is what you'd expect. Trees that tower over you, scattered rocks here and there.. But, I couldn't help but notice, bear traps? I was afraid to step on them, as those are dangerous you know.
Nothing really stood out at first, it was honestly just a nice stroll around the map. I was caught in the moment simply listening to the audio of the birds singing among the trees, and my footsteps along the grass. If you'd have stumbled across this game without any idea of it's true nature, you'd think this was just someone's random forest project, and not much else. Which is nice, but not very thrilling if you catch my drift..
Just as I was about to become truly desperate and head back to the start, I heard some odd noises coming from a distant clearing. It sounded like.. Music?
Ok, I may be superstitious at times, but ANYONE hearing music in the seemingly abandoned forest would 100% NOT trust that, right??? So tell me WHY I STARTED GOING TOWARDS IT. Like some loon from a cliche horror movie, I found the source! An old cabin. Ok, strange.. But not illogical. Someone clearly lived there if music was playing, and a light was left on. Maybe I could knock on the door and chat with the owner?
Mmm... Not really. I knocked. And waited. Waited.. Waited some more. Watched the sun and the clouds. But nobody answered. Maybe they were gone for some important reason? Like hunting? Yeah, that's it. Hunting. Or or maybe getting firewood? No need to overthink this.
... Would it be rude to try the doorknob, I wondered. Ok, yeah it would but who's going to 1. Stop me and 2. Going to give a shit ultimately.
The door gave way easily, almost too easily? Like an inviting maw opening for its next meal. Hungry, alive, and waiting. There wasn't much to look around and ponder over. It's just a normal cabin. A plain cap sat on the rack obediently, and the phonograph played the tune it was designated to, over and over again without fail. The bed was neatly made, and the flowers on the desk facing the entry's wall were fresh. Everything was so orderly it was as if you were in a military cemetery. No dust or cobwebs, no scattered papers or vermin. I'd wondered if you'd have been even 5 minutes earlier, you may have even seen the inhabitants of this cabin going about their day.
Now, my rudeness cannot be excused here, but I couldn't help but glance at the paper left on the desk. It was inviting and strange. The words caught me wanting to know more. But I don't know what that "more" is!
Oxerutins...? Weird. Roams, unseen by dawn. So it, or they, do not come out during the daylight. An entity that feeds off the dark, perhaps? Or only survives in such conditions. A cryptic message left here, in a seemingly abandoned, or vacant cabin, speaking of entities such as a Deer Man?
I'll be quite honest, I cannot make sense of something such as that. Puzzles are hit or miss for me! But as I glanced out the window.. I noticed the sun was slowly coming to afternoon to early evening. How long did I stand here thinking over a silly poem?
Ok, maybe it's a bit mean to say "silly", but it sounds like something a child made up to scare visitors! Or. Maybe, just maybe.. The poem was a genuine warning? But this is just a game! Home Acres is nothing more than a nice forest, with a cabin. Nothing can hurt me here, and that's that. Stories of a Deer Man, Oxerutins, they all are just stories! Fearsome critters and spooky myths that people pass on to tell to the next generations. Campfire stories, legends, and the like are all in forests too. But I never found myself running from a guy in a mask with a weapon.
Whatever be the case, I don't care. The noises I hear at night in this forest, are nothing to be afraid of. And to all, I wish a good night. Stay warm, and let the music drift you to a deep sleep.
*While Roblox Myths are akin to a Creepypasta, more often than not a Myth will be moreso like an ARG (Alternate Reality Game) or Unfiction. The quality of Myths tends to have higher qualities than a classic Creepypasta, as these crafters of the Myths tend to work in groups, rather than a solo writer. Such as The Cult Family, or in another case of someone being semi-solo, G0Z.
But please don't lump Roblox Myths into these groups, as they're kinda their own thing! There's many groups on the platform actually dedicated to hunting & trying to solve these Myths. If you know about Dress to Impress, they actually have their own sort of Myth! Though I've not really paid attention to it.

Angel's Sensory Room... My beloved and beloathed (/jokingly, obviously.) If you're new around here, welcome! I'm Little. Administrator for Angel's. I thought it was appropriate to make my first experience entry here be about the game I've helped moderate for the past 3-4 years.
I won't dive into that as this isn't meant to discuss that shit. Best to leave it in the past. Trust me it's better that way. /serious.
Anyways, Angel's was a quick side project that was created during my friend's downtime between their more serious games (At the time Angel had made Care Bears Paper Roleplay, and was moving onto other projects.) It's got bugs and quirks to it, but hey, our players don't mind it. In fact, we've got regulars who use those bugs to fuck with the game LMAO.
The glitchiest thing I think we've got in-game has to be our flower tool.. You can essentially fly with the damn thing.
There's other things that like to glitch out, or straight up break on us. I've tried my hardest to help fix our balloon tool, but it's still got a few loose ends. I'm kinda defeated with that thing. It wins lol. Our resident TBH, also loves to get stuck in places Fortnite should not be in! Often times that means players ask us for help getting Cola out of these sticky situations. The players love the TBH. It even yippees! During the 1 Million & 3 Million celebration parties, Angel has given the TBH a little party hat to celebrate :0} I always love that. It's like Cola is getting all dressed up to make the occasion that much more special for all of us.
Besides TBH, you can find other nice things around the room. We have a katamari you can kick around, if you knock it out of bounds, you'll be awarded a badge! Similarly we also have a bouncy Utah Teapot.
My personal favorite things in the room have to be the cubbies, the color mat, oh! And the play kitchen we made play a microwave sound. I liked making that microwave play sound. Very satisfying :)
It plays for about 2 minutes then beeps. If you look closely inside the microwave, I put an image of hot pockets inside lol. Thought it'd be a cute idea to have something inside, yknow? Goes with all the play food in that area.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention the testing dummy, and resident mascot, Jimbo. He's the dummy Angel used when making the game, and they got a bit attached to him. So he's stuck around the game all this time. Players have grown fond of him too, enough to the point where Angel and the rest of us on staff have given him a small extended family! Jimbo has a loving husband named Hairold, and a 13 year old son named Arcade. Hairold is the NPC seen in Angel's other game, Pinball People. He's a very chatty and friendly fellow, and you can see how Jimbo was charmed by him ^^.
All in all, I love being staff for this game, and I think if you are interested in checking out the game, go right ahead! Yes we used a lot of free-models and such, but 1: Angel, nor anyone on staff are really complex modelers, and 2: Like I said, the game is a labor of love. It's not going to be fuckin. Doors level of polished detail. It was made by a chronically ill disabled developer with love in their heart and the desire to create. At the very least, be kind. We don't expect you to love the game or praise it. We only ask you be nice. We can see what you say sometimes. Or others can too. Think before you speak. Please.
